How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the item’s weight, size, and destination. We offer free shipping on non-furniture orders over $150, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

When will my order ship?

All in-stock items are shipped from our U.S. warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. We want every order to reach you safe and sound! Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

For pre-order items, shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to change. We do our best to provide accurate timelines and ship your order as soon as the item becomes available in stock.
If I changed my mind, can I return my order?

Yes, you can. We accept products returned in its original unused conditions within 30 days of delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the U.S. with the goal to expand globally soon.

If you are currently outside of the U.S. and would still like to make a purchase, we may be able to accommodate. Shipping costs, taxes and duties are not covered. Please email us at support@hugacollective.com. Minimum order value may apply.
