Shipping
Ready-to-ship items are typically shipped from our U.S. warehouses within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified. We offer free, standard shipping for orders over $200. Expect delivery 3-5 business days after shipping.
Holidays Shipping
Please note that our fulfillment team observes U.S. federal holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on federal holidays. Orders placed during this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Status
You can track your order status by logging into your account. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email when the order is shipped.
Address Changes
Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to make changes on your shipping information. We can usually make changes if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
For the quickest help, include in your email:
- Order number
- Name on the order
- Your updated shipping address (and any other changes needed)
We want every order to arrive safe and sound, so please take a moment to double-check your address at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes. If this happens, you can contact the carrier directly using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’re happy to resend it - just cover the new shipping cost. If the package isn’t returned, we’ll do our best to help, but we are unable to replace or refund the order.
Shipping delay
Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product availability. This process is outside of our control. We do not take responsibility for delays or damages occurring during transit. If this happen, we will do our best to assist, but to ensure timely delivery of your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email.
