How long does shipping take?

We use many shipping methods to get your orders to you in the fastest and safest way possible. Products in our U.S. warehouse take 2-3 business days, and products in our overseas warehouse take between 2-4 weeks for production and delivery.

Due to increased carrier delays in the past couple years, we always note that ship times are estimated. We are unable to refund or cancel for a delayed order and an item already on the way as carrier delays are outside of our control.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free for all orders. However, we offer expedited shipping options for some products. The expedited shipping cost will vary based on the size and weight of the items.

How can I track my order?

We will send another email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track the order in your account or on the shipper's website.

How can I make a return?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days after receipt of the order. Besides return requests due to defective or damaged items, we will charge a 20% restocking fee and the return shipping cost to cover the cost of processing the return. You will receive the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned items.

To start the returns process, click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.

 How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order by sending us an email at support@hugacollective.com. Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in your email.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. If over 12 hours have passed since placing the order, we may charge a 20% restocking fee.

Can discounts be combined?

No, you can use only one discount per order unless stated otherwise.
