Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday. Our shipping team takes a break during weekends and observes federal holidays.
Shipping and delivery times can vary due to location, carrier delays, weather conditions - factors that are outside of our control. As such, we are always happy to assist in finding a resolution but are unable to take responsibility for delays or damages that occur during transit.
For the fastest resolution, contact the shipping carrier directly first using the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. We could help submit a claim to the shipping carrier, which may take up to 45 days to receive a conclusion. If you need additional assistance, please submit your ticket via our Order Portal. our support team will respond as soon as we can!
