    When will my order ship?

    All in-stock items are shipped from our U.S. warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. We want every order to reach you safe and sound! Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

    For pre-order items, shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to change. We do our best to provide accurate timelines and ship your order as soon as the item becomes available in stock.
    If I changed my mind, can I return my order?

    Yes, you can. We accept products returned in its original unused conditions within 30 days of delivery. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

    Do you ship internationally?

    We currently ship within the U.S. only, with plans to expand internationally in the future. If you’re located outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact our support team at support@hugacollective.com. We’ll be happy to provide a custom shipping quote.
